Design & handwork

An 8–9 mm Akoya pearl hangs beneath a floral silver detail, accompanied by a fine strand of small pearls. The contrast in scale brings the pendant into focus while keeping the overall composition delicate.

Materials & dimensions

Akoya pearl, small pearls and S925 sterling silver fittings. The small pearls are approximately 2–3 mm and 3–4 mm. Necklace length is approximately 40 cm with a 5 cm extender. Includes one necklace; photographs showing two examples illustrate the design rather than a two-piece set.

Wearing the piece

Choose a simple neckline or an open collar to frame the pendant. Use the extender to adjust its position and let the fine pearl strand sit without pulling.

Natural character & setting

The pendant pearl has a small cut surface positioned beneath the pendant fitting. Natural pearl colour, shape and lustre vary, and the photographs show the pearl under the original lighting.

Keeping its lustre

Put on after fragrance and skincare. Keep dry and avoid showering, swimming and household chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and store separately. Handle the fine strand and pendant gently; do not pull on the pearls.
