30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and returned with their original packaging intact.

Return shipping

For returns that are not related to a product quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For returns caused by a product quality issue, Little Elm Co will cover the return shipping costs.

How to request a return

Please contact us within the 30-day period with your order number, the item name and the reason for your return. If there is a quality issue, please describe the problem and provide photos if available. We will provide the return address and instructions. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Refunds and exchanges

Once the returned item has been received and checked against the conditions above, we will contact you about your refund. If you would prefer an exchange, please include that in your request so we can confirm availability.
